EARLY BIRD DAYS
Early Bird Days July 7-8 at $25 per night. Pay for Early Days at registration in building. Cash/Check only. Gates open at Noon on Friday, July 7. Gates open all other days at 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. After 8 PM go to overflow lot.

TWO OR MORE FAMILIES ATTENDING CAMPVENTION IN ONE UNIT
Each family in the same unit must complete a separate Registration Form. The additional family must pay for 6 nights at the second family rate below.

FAMILIES STAYING OFF GROUNDS
You must purchase a Daily Walk/Drive-in pass and complete a registration form. Pre-paid Walk/Drive-in pass is $20 per day. At the Gate cost is $25 per day per family.

SPECIAL NEEDS INFORMATION
There will be NO special needs sites available at the gate. To guarantee a special needs site you MUST pre-register.

CAMPVENTION PARKING
All parking will be hobo by State/Province. You will be assigned a site as you arrive. 30 Amp Service with water available.

VENDOR BUCKS
Each family registering will receive $10 in VENDOR BUCKS that can be used towards any purchase from a vendor in the commercial area. Vendor Bucks must be used at 2017 Campvention. Vendor Bucks have no surrender or cash value which means no cash back from vendor. VENDOR BUCKS will be given to you at registration.

GOLF CARTS
Golf carts MUST be ordered and paid for in advance by completing and mailing the following form. Golf carts cost $225.00 for 2 or 4 passengers and will be rented from 7/10/17 – 7/14/17. There will be no additional carts available at Campvention. Sorry we are not accepting online payments for golf carts at this time.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you register and are unable to attend for any reason, we will mail you a refund of any pre-paid fees minus $25.00. You must notify us via email at [email protected] or call (260) 223-0863 to notify us of your cancellation.
