Marilyn Rausch, National DASAT Director has been awarded a Family Campers and RVers Award of Merit for 2012. For the past 5 years, Marilyn Rausch has consistently raised the quality and exposure level of this National Program. As a medical doctor she can bring technical training and insight into many aspects of the program. Marilyn has prepared power point presentations that her counter parts across both countries may use.
She is very dedicated in attending national board meetings and Campventions and maintains good working relationships with her reports and other executive board members.
Another responsibility is editor of Indiana’s newsletter Hoosier Chatter.
In 2010 Marilyn functioned as co-chair for Campvention 2010 and also worked very closely with a team that put on a very effective disaster awareness training session (a simulated accident) at Campvention 2010. In 2011, she helped co-ordinate a blood donor clinic at Ladson (where 24 pints of blood were donated).
